Use of Product
The SlipKnot™ is intended for non-commercial applications. Consumers should employ common sense and caution whenever using the product and never compromise the safety of people or equipment.
Test Data values are derived from tests under certain conditions and are for reference only. Conditions of use may affect actual results. Stafford shall not be liable in contract, warranty, tort or otherwise for consequential, special, exemplary or incidental damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price. Enforcing the limited replacement rights is your exclusive remedy.
Shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail, from our Wilmington, MA location. Shipping costs are based on weight and shipping zone. The cost to ship your order will appear in the cart prior to checkout.

Stafford warrants that the SlipKnot™ is free from defects in workmanship and manufacture. If the product fails to perform to your satisfaction under normal use, notify Stafford by contacting email@example.com for instructions. Be certain to state how the merchandise is defective.
You may return all undamaged items purchased at the Stafford SlipKnot™ Store within 15 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
